The Santa Fe Symposium addresses anything that has to do with jewelry manufacturing technology, and that includes safety and employee motivation, metallurgy, bench tricks. It’s a wide range of topics that everybody who comes will find something of interest to them — something that they can take back and put to work to be more profitable. In addition, Jurgen has published several papers at the Santa Fe Symposium on Jewelry Manufacturing Technology, and he is a frequent presenter there.
